طبيعة التطبيق
تقهو تطبيق تعليمي تربوي للأطفال من ٦ إلى ١٤ سنة، يهدف إلى تعليمهم آداب المناسبات النجدية وعبارات اللهجة الأصيلة. لا يقدّم التطبيق مشورة دينية أو فقهية مُلزِمة، وهو مكمّل لا بديل للتربية الأسرية.
مسؤولية وليّ الأمر
الحساب يفتحه ولي الأمر فقط، وعمره ١٨ سنة فأكثر. وليّ الأمر:
- يصرّح بأنه الوصي الشرعي على الأطفال الذين يضيفهم.
- مسؤول عن استخدام أبنائه للتطبيق.
- مسؤول عن المحافظة على رمز PIN ومنع وصول الصغار للوحة المتابعة.
المحتوى الثقافي
السيناريوهات والعبارات الواردة في التطبيق مأخوذة من اللهجة النجدية كما تُستخدم في البيوت السعودية. تمّت مراجعتها لغويًا وثقافيًا، لكن قد تختلف بعض التعابير من منطقة لأخرى أو من أسرة لأخرى. لا يدّعي التطبيق أن إجاباته هي الإجابات الوحيدة الصحيحة، وإنما يعكس ما هو شائع ومحبَّب اجتماعيًا.
السلوك والاستخدام المقبول
يجب الالتزام بـ:
- عدم محاولة الوصول لبيانات مستخدم آخر.
- عدم استخدام التطبيق لأغراض تجارية دون إذن مكتوب.
- عدم استخدام التطبيق بطرق تُسيء لقيم الأسرة السعودية.
الضمانات والمسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أيّ ضمان صريح أو ضمني. نبذل قصارى جهدنا للحفاظ على دقة المحتوى وتوفّر الخدمة، لكنّنا لسنا مسؤولين عن أيّ ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو انقطاعه.
إنهاء الحساب
يحقّ لوليّ الأمر حذف حسابه في أيّ وقت. يحقّ لنا تعطيل أيّ حساب يُسيء استخدام التطبيق أو يخالف هذه الشروط.
التغييرات على هذه الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر. ستظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني الموافقة على النسخة الجديدة.

Nature of the app
Tighwa is an educational app for children ages 6–14, designed to teach the etiquette of Najdi (Saudi) occasions and authentic dialect phrases. The app does not provide binding religious or jurisprudential guidance; it complements — not substitutes — family upbringing.
Parent responsibility
Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older may create an account. The parent:
- Affirms they are the legal guardian of the children they add.
- Is responsible for their children's use of the app.
- Is responsible for safeguarding the parent PIN and preventing children from accessing the dashboard.
Cultural content
The scenarios and phrases in the app reflect Najdi dialect as commonly used in Saudi households. They have been reviewed for linguistic and cultural accuracy, but some expressions vary by region or family. The app does not claim its answers are the only correct ones; they reflect what is socially common and appreciated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another user's data.
- Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Use the app in ways that conflict with Saudi family values.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the content accurate and the service available, but we are not liable for indirect damages from use of the app or interruption of service.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to disable any account that abuses the app or violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new version.
