تقهو تطبيق تعليمي للأطفال من عمر ٦ إلى ١٤ سنة، يستخدمه ولي الأمر لحساب أبنائه. نأخذ خصوصية الأسرة على محمل الجد، ونوضح فيما يلي ما نجمعه ولماذا.

حساب وليّ الأمر

عند إنشاء الحساب، نطلب منك:

• الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني (لتسجيل الدخول).
• كلمة مرور — تُحفظ مشفّرة عبر Firebase Authentication ولا نطّلع عليها.
• رمز PIN لحماية لوحة وليّ الأمر — يُحفظ بصيغة مُجزَّأة (bcrypt) على الجهاز فقط، ولا يُرسل لخوادمنا.

بيانات الأبناء

لكل طفل يضيفه ولي الأمر، نحفظ:

• الاسم الذي تختاره (يكفي اسم أول).
• العمر — لتحديد مستوى الصعوبة المناسب تلقائيًا.
• تقدّمه في السيناريوهات، النقاط، الأوسمة، والمتتالية اليومية.

لا نطلب صور الأطفال، ولا أرقام هواتفهم، ولا عناوينهم، ولا أيّ بيانات تواصل مباشرة.

أين تُحفظ البيانات؟

تُحفظ في Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore + Authentication) ضمن مشروع آمن مرتبط بحساب ولي الأمر فقط. القواعد على الخادم تمنع أي مستخدم آخر من الوصول إلى بياناتك.

ما لا نجمعه

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا صورك، ولا بياناتٍ صحية. لا نستخدم إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل سلوكي خارجية. لا نشارك أيّ بيانات مع أيّ طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

الأطفال أقل من ١٣ سنة

التطبيق مُصمَّم لاستخدام الأبناء تحت إشراف ولي الأمر. لا يُنشئ الطفل حسابًا بنفسه؛ كل البيانات تُدار من حساب ولي الأمر، وهو المسؤول قانونيًا عنها. هذا متوافق مع متطلبات الخصوصية للأطفال (COPPA / GDPR-K).

حذف البيانات

يمكنك في أي وقت:

• إعادة ضبط تقدّم أيّ طفل من لوحة وليّ الأمر — يمحو ذلك سيناريوهاته ونقاطه فورًا.
• طلب حذف حسابك بالكامل بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه — نستجيب خلال ٣٠ يومًا.

Tighwa is an educational app for children ages 6–14, used by a parent on behalf of their children. We take family privacy seriously and explain below what we collect and why.

Parent account

To create an account, we ask for:

• Your name and email (for sign-in).
• A password — stored encrypted by Firebase Authentication; we never see it.
• A parent PIN to protect the dashboard — stored locally as a bcrypt hash and never sent to our servers.

Child data

For each child the parent adds, we store:

• The name you choose (a first name is enough).
• Age — used to auto-set the appropriate difficulty level.
• Scenario progress, points, badges, and daily streaks.

We do not request children's photos, phone numbers, addresses, or any direct contact information.

Where is the data stored?

In Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore + Authentication), within a secured project linked only to the parent account. Server-side rules prevent any other user from accessing your data.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or health data. We do not show ads or use third-party behavioral analytics. We do not share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Children under 13

The app is designed for use by children under parental supervision. A child does not create an account themselves; all data is managed by the parent account, who is legally responsible for it. This aligns with COPPA and GDPR-K children's privacy requirements.

Data deletion

You can at any time:

• Reset a child's progress from the parent dashboard — this immediately wipes their scenarios and points.
• Request full account deletion by emailing us at the address below — we respond within 30 days.
